Tanglewood is a masterplanned golfing condominium community built between 2006 and 2013 and is situated around the Cranberry Golf Course. There are 107 units in total including bungalows, street towns and town villas released over 3 phases. The recreational centre features over 15,000 square feet including an indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, luxury spa, a restaurant, a fitness room, a multifunction room, a kitchen, a business centre, indoor golf, an outdoor tennis court and residents are offered a discounted rate for an Atoka Club membership at Cranberry Golf Course. The fourth phase of this project consisting of 26 homes was taken over by MacPherson Builders in The Blue Fairway community.
