Rupert’s Landing is Collingwood’s only gated community situated on 2 km of waterfront shoreline with many amenities and it’s own marina spread over 18 acres of land. Rupert’s Landing is home to 156 Townhouse style units, as well as The Tower which houses 51 units ranging from 2-3 bedrooms in size. Parking for residents of the Tower is available underground or outside and townhouse style units have outdoor parking. Marina facilities are available to residents at a cost which includes an initiation fee and annual dues. Amenities include a marina, a pier, a pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a squash court, a lounge, a tennis court, a children’s game room, a pool table, kayak, and canoe storage and a fitness room.
