The concept offers three different lifestyle options which include assisted living in Raglan Square with 76 retirement rental suites ranging from studio to two bedroom apartments, 12 rental bungalow townhouses with lofts in Raglan Place, and 51 condominium apartments in a 4-storey building ranging from 1 to 2 bedrooms. Residents of any of the three buildings allows access to The Raglan Club, featuring a fitness centre, saltwater pool, theatre, games room and a wellness centre that offers daily classes and get togethers, among other amenities geared towards the 55+ community.
