The Shipyards, Collingwood

The Shipyards is a large, modern, downtown condominium community situated on over 40 acres of waterfront property in Downtown Collingwood. Units have been built since 2007 near Millenium Park and continue to this day in an area historically used for Collingwood’s ship building industry from the late 19th to 20th centuries. The area consists of the contemporary Sidelaunch Building with apartment style condos in a warehouse-like 3 storey facility on the shoreline near Collingwood’s Yacht Club.
